2. Accounts & Registration

  • Parents and guardians may create an account using email, phone number, or social login (Google, Facebook, etc.).

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or making a purchase.

3. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

  • Payments may be made via M-Pesa or other payment methods provided at checkout.

  • An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Deliveries

  • Orders are delivered to the school specified during checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on availability, school schedules, and location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., courier services, school restrictions).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Books and stationery can be returned or exchanged only if defective, damaged on delivery, or supplied incorrectly.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Digital or customised items are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse accounts, impersonate others, or provide false details.

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or performance.

  • Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
